Choosing the right REALTOR® to help you buy or sell a home makes all the difference.

Stacey brings 19+ years of expertise and knowledge to every transaction in the dynamic and fast-paced market of the DC Metro area. Stacey puts her clients’ interests first, keeping them informed every step of the way so they are able to make the best decision for themselves and their families. Stacey has been fortunate to grow her business year-over-year by making every single buyer and seller her number one top priority. By truly listening to her clients, she is able to help them achieve their real estate goals. Her enthusiasm and strong work ethic have led her to become a consistent top producer throughout her career. Stacey is licensed in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia.

Stacey is very active in the real estate community and currently serves as the 2024 President of the District of Columbia Association of Realtors® (DCAR) with its almost 3,000 members. She has also served on the DCAR Public Policy Committee since 2014 and was appointed as the Chairperson in 2017. On the national level, Stacey serves on the NAR Federal Political Coordinator Committee and is a NAR Director.

When she’s not helping clients sell or find homes, Stacey is helping dogs and cats find their forever homes. She volunteers with King Street Cats, Animal Allies, the Animal Welfare Leagues of Arlington and Alexandria, A Cat’s Life Rescue, and the Mid-Atlantic Italian Greyhound Rescue. She is very active in the TNR community (trap-neuter-return), which helps improve the lives of our outdoor cats. When Stacey comes across friendly cats or young kittens while doing TNR, she works with local rescues to foster and socialize them.

Stacey also enjoys native plant gardening, exploring hiking trails near and far, singing karaoke (80’s are her go-to decade), and listening to sci-fi podcasts.
