ADOPT A PET!
After you get settled into your new home, consider giving a homeless dog or cat a new home too! Every year thousands of dogs and cats are euthanized in the DC Metro area because there just isn't enough space or funds available to care for them indefinitely. I will pay the adoption fee for my homebuyers or sellers who would like to adopt a dog, cat, rabbit, guinea pig, bird... (yes, the local shelters have many different animals available) up to a year after the closing date. In addition, with every closing I will make a donation to a local shelter on your behalf.
